About the Job:
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant to join our team at Genpact. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Snowflake and its applications in data warehousing, data lakes, and data marts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical direction and leadership to the team on Snowflake-related projects
- Design and implement Snowflake architectures, including data warehousing, data lakes, and data marts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored Snowflake solutions
- Develop high-level and low-level design documents based on client requirements
- Implement productionized data ingestion and data pipelines in Snowflake
- Ensure adherence to Snowflake best practices for network policy, storage integration, data governance, cost optimization, resource monitoring, data ingestion, transformation, consumption layers, RBAC, and data security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry, with strong working experience in Snowflake as a Snowflake Architect
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Glace, Lambda, Secret Manager, DMS) and few Azure services (Blob storage, ADLS, ADF)
- Knowledge of orchestration and scheduling tools
- Good understanding of agile methodology
- Must have Snowflake SnowPro Core or SnowPro Advanced Architect certification
