Job Title:

Automation Finance Professional

\Key Responsibilities
  • \
  • Lead the end-to-end automation of a wide range of finance and business processes, embedding robust controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.\
  • Define and document standard operating procedures and internal controls in line with GAAP and industry best practices.\
  • Direct technical teams in the design, build, and deployment of automation solutions, analytics platforms, and accelerators, ensuring alignment with client requirements.\
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely delivery.\
  • Oversee the integration of automation tools with financial systems, SQL databases, and reporting platforms (Power BI, etc.).\
  • Ensure process standardisation, scalability, and data integrity across all automated workflows.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, solution onboarding, user acceptance, and training.\
  • Continuously monitor and optimise automated processes for performance, reliability, and compliance.\
  • Provide clear project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to internal leadership.\
  • \\Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.\
    • 4+ years' experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or consulting, with a strong hands-on background in process automation and controls.\
    • Proven experience directing technical teams on analytics platform and automation solution delivery.\
    • Proficiency in SQL, financial analytics, and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI).\
    • Strong understanding of GAAP, controls, and process documentation.\
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced consulting environment.\
    • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.\
    • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.\
