Job Title: Content Developer

Position Overview:

The Content Developer is responsible for delivering high-quality content and materials in support of test development.

  • Ensures correct styles and conventions are applied to meet test specifications.
  • Understands and follows assessment development processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Utilizes test creation software/workflow in developing content items and materials.
  • Serves as a resource for assessment specialists and other staff on matters of grammar, style, and syntax.
  • Adheres to schedules with all departments and communicates needs and deadlines.

The successful candidate will have strong language skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit, and fact-check a variety of test-related content and materials in a wide range of subject areas.
  • Ensure correct styles and conventions are applied to meet test specifications.
  • Understand and follow assessment development processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Utilize test creation software/workflow in editing test items and materials.
  • Serve as a resource for assessment specialists and other staff on matters of grammar, style, and syntax.
