**RF Systems Integration Specialist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF systems integration specialist to join our engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for integrating, testing, and validating complex RF systems and subsystems, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation. Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and power meters is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • RF System Integration: Integrate RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop test plans and perform RF testing and validation (e.g., S-parameters, power, gain, noise figure, VSWR).
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Design Improvement: Identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels; recommend and implement design or process improvements.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure RF performance meets specifications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this role.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, relevant industry experience or certifications can be beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong RF Background: In-depth understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.
  • RF Test Equipment Experience: Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and power meters.
  • Simulation Tools: Familiarity with RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.
  • Active and Passive Devices: Knowledge of active and passive RF devices, cables, and connectors.
  • EMI/EMC Understanding: Awareness of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems.
