Our company is seeking a talented Software Development Lead to join our team of innovative professionals.

  • This role involves designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to drive business growth and success.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to mentor and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and best practices.
  • They should also possess excellent technical skills, including hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices, as well as familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience working with messaging systems like JMS (e.g., MQ, Tibco), Kafka, or Kinesis for real-time data processing.
  • Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery, and utilizing tools and technologies to ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality code and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Work with messaging systems such as JMS, Kafka, or Kinesis for real-time data processing
  • Use tools and technologies including Spring Cloud and Spring Integration as part of the distributed systems architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
  • Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Microservices
  • Familiarity with Spring Cloud and Spring Integration
  • Experience with messaging systems like JMS (e.g., MQ, Tibco), Kafka, or Kinesis
