Job Title: Bookkeeping and Reporting Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Bookkeeper and Reporting Specialist to join our team.

This role involves managing reports, documentation, and internal coordination across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage recurring reports: Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports that provide insights into business performance.
  • Track and report financial portfolio and business expenses: Monitor and document all financial transactions and expenditures.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and performance documents: Ensure that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Organize operational data in a digestible format: Present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Track disbursements and vendor payments: Manage and reconcile all payments to vendors and employees.
  • Support Director with time-sensitive reports and internal coordination: Provide critical support to the Director on high-priority projects.
  • Assist in basic financial summaries: Prepare and present simple financial summaries as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting or coordination roles: Proven track record of success in similar positions.
  • Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field: Strong educational background in finance or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas): Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and techniques.
  • Comfortable handling data across domains: Ability to work with diverse data sets and systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with ability to meet deadlines: Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
