Editorial Assistant Position

We are seeking a meticulous Editorial Assistant to join our team and support the development of high-quality content. As an Editorial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our publications meet the highest standards of accuracy, grammar, and style.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free from errors and meets our internal guidelines.
  • Distribute accurate content to clients while following compliance requirements.
  • Research and communicate with internal stakeholders to confirm accuracy of important information.
  • Meet tight deadlines to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Proactively resolve issues with relevant stakeholders, making client-centric decisions and seeking guidance when needed.
  • Escalate transcription errors and Style Guide misalignments.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in a proofreading/editorial role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with financial content and business terminology.
