Job Overview:

We are seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our team at Clearwater Analytics. As an Implementation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for new clients onto our SaaS platform and service model.

About the Role:

  • You will collaborate with both clients and various Clearwater teams to assess requirements and customize solutions that fulfill their accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting needs.
  • You will manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • You will facilitate the onboarding of clients onto our platform, conduct training sessions, and effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to all relevant parties.
  • You will proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
  • You will provide valuable consultancy services to clients, ensuring that project objectives align with established project plans.
  • You will identify and promptly escalate any identified risks and issues to the Project Manager for appropriate action.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation processes.
  2. Solution Customization: Collaborate with Clearwater teams to assess client requirements and customize solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions to educate clients on how to effectively use our platform.
  4. Communication and Issue Resolution: Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to all relevant parties and proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  5. Consultancy Services: Provide valuable consultancy services to clients to ensure project objectives align with established project plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and understanding of basic rules of accounting.
  • Beginner technical skills in Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
  • Beginner technical skills and understanding of SQL and relational database concepts (math and logic) - preferred.
  • Securities or financial markets knowledge - derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills, being able to solve complex math problems.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
