As a UI Developer at our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the digital landscape by crafting intuitive, beautiful, and interactive user experiences.

• Design thinking drives all engineering decisions, ensuring that every pixel counts.
• You will collaborate with UX designers and product teams to turn concepts into reality, leveraging your skills in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices.
• Responsibilities include translating visual designs into production-ready UIs, optimizing rendering performance, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• As a UI Developer, you will also contribute to testing, debugging, and polishing UIs for reliability and usability.

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a UI Developer is required.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling practices (SCSS, Styled Components, etc.) is essential.
• Experience in responsive design and deep knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards) is a must.
• The ability to work with Figma or similar tools to translate visual designs into production-ready UIs is necessary.
• Understanding of UI performance optimization techniques is required.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows is also necessary.
