Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Direct Tax division, set up and manage the business, and drive growth.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and grow the Direct Tax division, setting up key processes and systems to ensure seamless execution and successful completion of advisory assignments.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and foster strong partnerships.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, promoting collaboration, innovation, and excellence in their work.
  • Actively pursue business development opportunities to onboard new clients and expand our network.
Requirements
  • A qualified lawyer or chartered accountant with experience in M&A Tax, Direct Tax, and Corporate Tax Advisory Services.
  • The ability to travel frequently to Kolkata and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with reputable consulting firms, CA firms, or law firms in the field of tax advisory services.
