Job Title:

A Senior Technical Manager position is available to oversee offshore contractors and ensure they meet performance standards.

The role involves managing day-to-day operations, aligning work with strategic goals, and facilitating communication between teams.

  • Team Management: Oversee offshore contractors, ensuring they meet their job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between offshore contractors and onshore teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess the performance of offshore contractors, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that the offshore team is adequately staffed and that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring that contracts are adhered to and that the quality of work meets the required standards.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of the offshore team to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all offshore operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, and Splunk.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
