We are building AI-powered, automated workflows for compliance-heavy business processes.

  • A Lead AI Engineer with 7-10 years of experience in AI workflow automation, who can mentor and own production systems.
  • An Intermediate AI Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in Databricks and agent frameworks, who is eager to own modules end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Prompt Engineering, and LangChain/AutoGen. They should be familiar with regulatory/compliance data and workflows, and have experience with CI/CD, Docker/K8s, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deploy automated workflows for regulatory/compliance processes.
  2. Implement impact analysis for risk, compliance, and cost assessments.
  3. Partner with SMEs and engineering to re-design processes for scalability and auditability.
