Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Associate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Petty Cash and Travel & Expense (T&E) Management: Review, validate, and process petty cash and employee travel and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Vendor Compliance and Invoice Management: Track and manage vendor contracts, agreements, process incoming invoices, verify accuracy against POs and delivery receipts, ensure timely payments, and maintain invoice records.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and share invoices with clients/customers, monitor receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, reconcile AR records, and update payment status in financial systems.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare and circulate daily business reports, support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and data analysis, and ensure data accuracy and consistency in daily dashboards and reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, and attention to detail and organizational skills.
