Job Description:

The Project Engineering Specialist will be responsible for all project engineering activities related to rotating equipment and packages in the Oil, Gas, and Chemical sectors. This includes handling post-order activities, preparing technical RFQs and MRs, reviewing supplier offers, and obtaining necessary approvals.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all project engineering activities for Oil, Gas, and Chemical segments in India and the Middle East region.
  • Responsible for handling post-order activities of Oil, Gas, and Chemical segment projects, including preparation of Technical RFQs and MRs, review of supplier offers, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Preparation of detailed study of client specifications, project specifications, job specific requirements, process datasheets, PFDs, and PIDs.
  • Implementation of best engineering practices during package design and manufacturing.
  • Preparation of monthly progress reports for internal and external customers on time, attending project review meetings with customers, and visiting customer places for technical discussions.
  • Coodination between suppliers and customers for stage-wise final inspection activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oil, Gas, and Chemical complex ETO package handling experience.
  • Experience in handling ETO Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Vacuum pump packages projects preferred.
  • Able to interface with all levels of engineering, procurement, shipping, production, etc., and develop excellent working relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
