Design Engineer Position

We are seeking skilled engineers to join our team in product design and development.

  • Candidates must have experience in NPD (New Product Design) - Concept Creation, Detail Design, Modeling & Drawing using CAD tools.
  • Handling large assemblies is required.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Machined and Sheetmetal components is essential.
  • GD&T knowledge is necessary.
  • PDM/PLM tool and Bill of Materials knowledge is expected.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products and solutions. Experience in 3D CAD tools and PDM vault expertise is a plus.

  • NPD/NPI experience is beneficial.
  • Electromechanical product design experience is required.
  • Sheet metal design, Machined component design, and Gas lines experience is desirable.
  • Extensive experience in Creo is an asset.

This position requires hands-on experience with various tools including CREO, Semi domain, SPM, Hand calculation. Strong mechanical design and design calculations skills are also necessary.

  • SPM background and strong mechanical engineering fundamentals are required.
  • Preferred CAD tool: Unigraphics, Creo, Inventor.
  • PLM Tool: Teamcenter.

Key responsibilities include procuring new parts, preparing BOM, and creating manufacturing drawings. Exposure to electrical components and simulation is beneficial.

  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and weldings is required.
  • Good understanding of platings, coatings, and surface finish requirements is desirable.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with OEM components and good knowledge on NPD, GD&T. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
