Instructional Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality eLearning content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging learning experiences, developing instructional materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective outcomes.

This is a freelance remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work. As an Instructional Designer, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in creating interactive and immersive learning environments that cater to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive instructional plans, incorporating adult learning theories and game design principles
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality course content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Evaluate learning outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve instruction and engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Instructional Design, eLearning development, and Training & Development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English language
  • Experience in designing and delivering onboarding courses for organizations, with a portfolio of past eLearning projects
  • Strong ability to create instructional storyboards and scripts, with proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other animation/visual effects tools
