Job Summary:

As a computer network professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing networks to ensure stability, security, and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and deploying computer networks that meet business requirements
  • Implementing measures to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement

SD-WAN Responsibilities:

  • Managing private links to ensure high-performance WAN links connecting remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions
  • Optimizing SD-WAN solutions for dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions
  • Minimizing jitter, latency, and packet loss to ensure an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools

Branch Network WAN Responsibilities:

  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets
  • Ensuring stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management

LAN/Wi-Fi Responsibilities:

  • Managing LAN lifecycle including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring coverage, security, and performance for Wi-Fi networks in both office and remote locations
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls

Audit Participation and Documentation:

  • Participating in audits requested by customers and submitting required forms and data
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of audit materials
  • Completing audit questionnaires and related documents as required by customers
