We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and statistics. This role involves working on innovative projects, creating insightful reporting and data-driven solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to provide timely and accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continually innovate on reporting and data-driven solutions
  • Contribute to research and development projects for new product development and expansion
  • Work on data science & stats-related projects
  • Design and define methodologies for measurement products and user identification
  • Improve the quality of HCP onboarding/Targeting/measurement
  • Develop audience intelligence/DTC product development, Identity graph/Data IQ
  • Collaborate with internal teams to delight customers with timely and accurate data insights
  • Research and implement new data products or capabilities
  • Automate data visualization and reporting capabilities
  • Synthesize raw data into actionable insights
  • Evaluate and approve additional data partners or data assets
  • Enhance data reporting and insights generation capability
  • Act as the 'Subject Matter Expert' to help internal teams understand platform capabilities

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in creating SQL queries from scratch, high proficiency in Excel, data analysis & manipulation, Python, knowledge of Distributed Systems (PySpark), Containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
  • Proven experience of experimentation methods and Stats modeling in support of product development and optimization
  • Ability to work remotely in IST timezone

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ELT experience, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI, experience with automation, ability to organize large data sets, experience in Programmatic/Adtech, familiarity with health-related data sets, Google Cloud Architecture
