About the Role:

  • Supporting data migration and back-office conversions for large-scale data migrations.
  • Leading analysis efforts to map source files, variables, and business rules, and comparing between systems.
  • Processing delta files with significant experience in daily delta processing for back-office files.
  • Providing expertise on tax income reclass and form production.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migrations and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst.
  • Experience in Fixed Income/Equities/Cost Basis/Book Keeping/Dividend Processing.
  • Knowledge of BPS and BETA systems, with experience a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
