We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our clinic's operations and data management. As a seasoned expert in healthcare, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving decision-making through data analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Clinic Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end workflows, including front desk, clerical tasks, patient assistance, and scheduling.
  • EHR/EMR Expertise: Train and support staff on EHR/EMR systems, including registration, records, dashboards, and data entry.
  • Billing and Coding: Manage billing and claims processing, including ICD/CPT coding, claims submission, and error resolution.
  • Data Management: Organize, clean, and manage healthcare data to drive decision-making and improve clinic KPIs.
  • Team Development: Build team capability through structured modules, covering clinic operations, EHR/EMR navigation, billing and coding, and data management.
Requirements
  • Healthcare Experience: Strong background in healthcare operations and data management.
  • EHR/EMR Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with EHR/EMR systems, including Epic and Cerner.
  • Billing and Coding Knowledge: Familiarity with billing and coding standards, including ICD and CPT.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Proven experience with HIPAA compliance and patient data security.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare metrics, reporting, and data quality management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
