Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of real estate initiatives. This will involve ensuring seamless coordination across various teams, including legal, finance, compliance, and on-ground personnel.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of land acquisition and development projects
  • Coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely project closures
  • Oversee documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications
  • Build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships
  • Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are in place
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the promoter group
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a strong background in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Extensive knowledge of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with large-scale developers or mid-sized platforms preferred
  • Based in Prayagraj or willing to relocate
