Job Overview

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including Text and YouTube Ads. You will collaborate with the design team to create landing pages and structure campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies.

Key responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, and continuously optimizing campaigns using detailed performance analysis. You will also create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.

  • Google Ads Management:
    • Execute and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns including Text and YouTube Ads.
    • Collaborate on the design and content of landing pages.
    • Structure campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies.
    • Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns using detailed performance analysis.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram):
    • Oversee and run Meta paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging.
    • Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation to maximize campaign results.
    • Develop creative assets in coordination with the design team to optimize campaign performance.
    • Manage the setup and ongoing adjustments of campaigns to boost effectiveness.
    • Research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.
Requirements

Proven experience (min 1.5 years) managing Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns is required. Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively are necessary.
