Job Title: Façade Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Façade Engineering Specialist to undertake engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical problems, and ensure quality of services on projects undertaken by the team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Undertake engineering and documentation for façade engineering projects.
  • Provide specialist input and resolve technical problems related to façades.
  • Work closely with project leaders on all technical matters related to façade engineering.
  • Assist project teams with project implementation, report preparation, and quality assurance.
  • Perform structural calculations under limited supervision, focusing on façade design.
  • Check the quality and accuracy of own work, ensuring compliance with governing codes and standards.
  • Produce routine letters and reports from standard templates related to façade engineering.
  • Coordinate with designers and consultants on façade engineering projects.
  • Perform thermal design using governing codes and standards, applying expertise in façade engineering.
  • Use computer-assisted engineering software to prepare façade engineering design documents.
  • Research design options and document findings related to façade engineering.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing and performing projects in a fast-paced environment, particularly in façade engineering.
  • Capability to work on thermal calculations and condensation risk analysis, ensuring high-quality façade engineering services.
