Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for credit decisions and customer service interactions.
  • Build signals from unstructured and structured data to identify good borrowers and prevent fraudulent behavior.
  • Work cross-functionally with policy and product teams to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience building software in production environments.
  • Excellent software engineering and programming skills, especially Python and SQL.
  • A diverse range of data skills, including experimentation, statistics, and machine learning.
  • A deep understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and data pipelines in production.
  • Self motivation and teamwork.
