Senior Financial Analyst Job Overview\

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a vital role in supporting operational project teams financially throughout the life cycle of a project.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Support project teams in all financial areas associated with running a clinical trial.
  • Prepare and review monthly invoicing worksheets, which serve as the source document for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify gaps, changes in scope, and other issues.
  • Review work orders and change order budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in regular project review meetings as needed.
  • Assist in preparing contract documents, such as statements of work and change orders.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to provide support for financial reporting and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
Requirements and Qualifications\

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with the following qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; equivalent experience also accepted.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting cycles, project budgets, Earned Value Analysis, and contract review.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local language (if non-English speaking country).
  • Minimum 5 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience.
