Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate marketing-generated leads to identify prospective customers for holiday quotations.
- Promptly reach out to new leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, assess fit, and qualify leads based on intent, preferences, and requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into active prospects by forwarding them for detailed consultation or initiating the quotation process.
- Partner with sales and travel advisors to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and enhance customer experience.
- Keep detailed, accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in the CRM system while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong skills in evaluating and prioritizing leads, with an eye for high-potential opportunities.
- Self-driven, quick to respond, and able to take ownership of leads and follow-ups.
- Capable of understanding customer needs and engaging in a consultative manner.
- Comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
