**Job Title:**

Senior Vision Technology Developer

A challenging role for a senior developer with experience in AI/ML, vision-based applications and strong technical skills.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Vision Technology Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML models for various applications related to online spectacles centration, fitting, and refraction.
  • You will work closely with our product teams to develop models for online visual acuity assessment, screen-based testing, or optical prescription estimation.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in multi-modal datasets and data handling & preprocessing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI/ML models for various vision-related tasks.
  • Develop models that replace and enhance online measurement approaches through innovative data and AI-supported methods.
  • Implement and launch AI-based solutions, fulfilling regulatory and legal requirements.

Data Handling & Preprocessing:

  • Annotate, normalize, and augment vision-related data for robust model training.
  • Work with multi-modal datasets to ensure accurate and efficient data gathering.

Collaboration & Validation:

  • Collaborate with vision science experts, optometrists, and product teams to align on accuracy and reliability metrics.
  • Validate AI models through lab or clinical studies when applicable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in healthcare/vision-based applications.
