Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Genpact, you will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain process, from supplier identification to contract administration. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop effective supply chain strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research and analysis
• Develop and implement supplier onboarding processes to ensure timely delivery and quality products
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure fair prices and timely delivery
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that meet business objectives
• Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost savings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management or coordination
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems preferred
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. APICS) desired
