Network Operations Specialist

At the forefront of our organization's mission to deliver cutting-edge telecommunications services, we seek a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of Packet Core networks, ensuring seamless data services and IMS functionalities.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing portfolios within the Packet Core Operations domain, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and related technologies. Proficiency in implementing mass projects and working with strategic partners is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Packet Core Network nationally, improving customer experience through operational governance.
  • Supervise major activities on live networks, ensuring complete understanding and ownership.
  • Collaborate with OEMs for RCA analysis, TAT improvement, and permanent fixes for outage incidences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Communication Engineering, or equivalent, along with relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Cloud-related certification, is necessary. Strong stakeholder-management skills, effective communication, and inter-personal skills are also required.
