Key Executive Role: Director of Operations

As a highly skilled operations leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective dashboards, scorecards, and exception tracking systems to provide actionable insights into operational performance metrics such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, and escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including tech and product groups, to refine and roll out cutting-edge operations dashboards and tools.
  • Support city and cluster leaders in conducting high-quality governance rituals, ensuring seamless execution and accountability.
  • Monitor and follow up on agreed actions, serving as the 'operations conscience' of the organization, Field Support & Capability Building.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding support to new Cluster Managers and Center Managers, setting them up for success.
