About the Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics.

As a key member of our team, you will manage cross-functional teams to execute data platform, pipeline, and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans that meet deadlines, scope, and budget requirements.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project requirements and success metrics.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) is highly desirable.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence to track project progress and report status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure all technical documentation is current and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
