Job Title: Director of Transaction Diligence

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Transaction Diligence. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their strategic goals in acquisition and divestiture deals.

  • Due Diligence Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the due diligence process and have extensive experience in financial analysis and report writing.
  • Counseling Team Members: Provide guidance to team members on project KPIs, key financial drivers, and ensure effective number control.
  • Client Service Delivery: Lead projects, guide team members, and drive excellence in service delivery to measure, monitor, and improve client satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Focus teams on key priorities while managing multiple large to medium-size projects, ensuring smooth service delivery within defined geographical areas and timelines.
  • Deal Execution: Execute and manage 2-3 deals simultaneously, ensuring quality review of deliverables, partner review, leading client and management calls, accuracy of research findings, presentation of data, logical reasoning of points of view, usage of crisp and effective language, and comprehensiveness of reports vis-a-vis the agreed scope.
  • Best Practices: Identify, develop, and implement best practices in projects, define the need for new information sources, and provide feedback on new sources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant diligence experience working with corporates and private equity clients for mergers and acquisitions transactions or experience in the field of financial planning and analysis and statutory accounting.
  • Strong Analytical and Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive and Adaptability: Strong drive to take new initiatives and ability to adapt to new situations and ideas.
