Enterprise Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Integration Specialist to lead the design and delivery of integration solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Strategy:
    • Develop an end-to-end enterprise integration strategy aligning with business goals and technical requirements.
    • Design and implement integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, API-led, messaging, event-driven) to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Create integration blueprints, data flows, and architectural roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives.
    • Evaluate and select integration tools and platforms (ESB, iPaaS, API gateways, etc.) that meet business needs.
  • Solution Delivery:
    • Oversee the design and development of APIs, web services, and event-driven integrations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Lead integration projects using platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, TIBCO, Azure Logic Apps, or WSO2 to achieve project objectives.
    • Ensure integrations comply with performance, security, scalability, and resilience requirements.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration of APIs and services to enhance efficiency.
  • Governance & Best Practices:
    • Establish and enforce integration standards, policies, and governance frameworks to maintain consistency.
    • Promote API-first development, reusability, and modular design principles to improve solution quality.
    • Implement effective monitoring, logging, and error handling for all integration points to minimize downtime.
    • Review solution architectures, technical designs, and code artifacts to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Partner with enterprise architects, business analysts, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for integration engineers and developers to enhance knowledge sharing.
    • Lead technical workshops and guide teams in best practices for integration development to foster collaboration.
    • Communicate complex technical topics to senior business stakeholders in a clear, strategic manner to ensure understanding.
    Requirements
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, TIBCO, Azure Logic Apps, or WSO2)
      • Strong understanding of API-led, synchronous/asynchronous, messaging, and event-driven integration patterns
      • Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms (iPaaS) and containerization technologies
      • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
    • Business Acumen:
      • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business goals and requirements
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
      • Able to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
