We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Director. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage executive calendars, and perform various tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
This is a full-time on-site role that involves handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
