Lead Video Producer Role

The Lead Video Producer plays a pivotal role in overseeing the video production process, ensuring high-quality content that reflects our vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and oversees the production calendar to ensure alignment with organizational timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinates end-to-end video production logistics, providing creative direction when necessary to meet business requirements.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for vendors, including contract negotiation, onboarding, and management to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Manages and maintains production equipment, ensuring its availability and functionality to support efficient video production.
  • Facilitates team engagement during video shoots, ensuring smooth coordination and participation among team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in video production logistics and coordination, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong balance of operational efficiency and creative vision, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
