Expert Mobility Solutions Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Cisco Mobility technologies, including:

  • Cisco Gateways (PGW, SGW, MGW, SAEGW)
  • Mobility Core Network Architecture (4G/5G)
  • Call flows and protocols (GTP, Diameter, etc.)

They will also have experience in cloud-native mobility infrastructure and virtualization, including:

  • Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions
  • Understanding of NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) and CNFs (Cloud-Native Functions) for service provider networks
  • Familiarity with deploying Cisco Mobility solutions on private/public cloud environments
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Ansible, Python) for managing cloud-based mobility workloads

The role involves the deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions, as well as the creation and delivery of customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Aligns technical deliverables to customer business outcomes. Drives customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.

Complies with and supports policies and processes and utilizes relevant tools to effectively execute the role and support Professional Services' strategies and goals.
