Software Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled software development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting design, development and modification of API proxies on Google APIGEE.

Candidate should have the ability to manage a small team to deliver technical solutions. This includes providing designs and development in APIGEE APIs, Java script and Node JS, and DevOPs.

• Providing expert troubleshooting of application issues
• Interfacing effectively with E2E Designers, business owners, and infrastructure engineers
• FOLLOWING AND ENFORCING POLICY
• Creating documentation for changes

Candidate should have knowledge working experience with JAVA frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Min 4 Years of hands-on experience on API Management, Design and Development, APIGEE preferable
• Ability to work with stakeholders and understand business requirements
• Good understanding of API design and exposure on API gateway
• Experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
• Hands on with Docker, Kubernetes

• To take responsibility and drive the assignments
• To actively define solutions, which includes evaluation, selection, and integration of necessary technical components to create solution designs that support the defined functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensures that the designed reviewed solutions conform to architectural requirements such as scalability, maintainability, reliability, extensibility, usability, and security

• Good experience on APIGEE API Management and API Principles and REST principles
• Good experience on Nodejs and Java script
• Good understanding about security policies and Authentication and authorization
• Good understanding of protocols and transport layer security MTLSOAuth Gateway policies for Proxy API creation
• Experience in API platform on designing implementing REST APIs
• Cloud experience on AWS good to have
• Hands on experience in automated unit testing and related tools eg Chai Mockito Sinon postman etc
• Hands on experience JIRA tool for planning and tracking of the work
• Knowledge of CI CD and awareness of tools like Jenkins Ansible GitlabCI Sonarqube etc
