Performance Marketing Role

At our company, we're on a mission to create awareness around hair loss and provide holistic solutions for consumers dealing with this issue. We're looking for a Marketing Intern who's eager to learn and dive into the world of online marketing.

We want someone who enjoys figuring out what makes people tick and wants to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing. You'll work alongside our team to support campaigns across channels like social media, paid ads, email marketing, and more.

This is an opportunity for you to get involved with real campaigns, learn from experienced marketers, and develop skills that will be valuable in any future marketing role. We're all about helping you grow, so you'll get plenty of guidance and support along the way.

You'll assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email. You'll help ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Plus, you'll get comfortable with reporting and analyzing data to figure out what's working and what's not.

A/B Testing & Optimization:
Take part in A/B testing to improve things like ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. You'll work with the creative team to develop engaging content for social media and other channels. And, you'll stay on top of trends in digital marketing, keeping an eye on new tools, platforms, and strategies that could help improve campaigns or open up new opportunities.

  • We'll provide training, but the best way to learn is by doing.
You'll gain exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and more. This is a chance to dip your toes into the marketing field and see what it's all about.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in how marketing works. You don't need to know everything about digital marketing right now, but you should have some basic understanding of SEO or content marketing. Experience using social media for business purposes is also a plus.
