Job Description:

As a skilled Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT asset lifecycle. This includes procurement, tracking, and maintenance of hardware and software inventory.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing IT assets, implementing IMAC processes, and preparing accurate reports using MS Excel. You will also ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and support audits.

  • Procure, track, and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle
  • Implement efficient IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change)
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management
  • Strong understanding of the asset lifecycle process
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting)
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
