Master Supply Chain Project Coordinator

This role involves taking end-to-end ownership of supply chain projects, from initiation to delivery. As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining project trackers, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and escalating concerns to top management as needed.
- Project Ownership: Complete responsibility for supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Project Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers, highlighting any deviations from timelines or expected outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring that their expectations are managed accordingly.
- Escalation: Escalate critical issues to top management, recommending solutions and providing regular updates on progress.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of supply chain projects, including coordination of resources and activities.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare detailed MIS reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Analytics: Provide analytics-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
