Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to lead our quality, information security, and environmental compliance efforts globally.
This role will oversee the implementation of our management systems and ensure they meet international standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the maintenance, improvement, and implementation of quality and information security management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Draft and review documented policies and procedures within the management systems.
- Plan and conduct internal audits for each certification and accreditation.
- Investigate departures from the management system and initiate corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams to improve security measures and investigate incidents.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on the performance of the management system and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize recurring events such as management reviews, supplier assessments, risk assessments, backup testing, and business continuity testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Quality Assurance, or relevant field.
- Certified internal auditor on ISO 27001 or equivalent.
- CISM certification is an asset.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 required.
- Knowledge in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) preferred.
- Highly competent in MS Office suite, particularly Sharepoint Lists, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, Excel (pivot table), PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- A valid work permit for India is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership skills, strong communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to offer insights, both technical and organizational, and make informed decisions when needed.
- Background in software development and technology-minded attitude highly desired.
- Clear communication of processes and technical matters through verbal conversation, written documentation, or flowcharts.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle ad hoc tasks.
- Self-motivated, with plenty of initiative and good ideas.
- Attention to detail is essential.
