Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Leader to spearhead projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, inclusive of timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Client Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, active listening, and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program leadership or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
What We Offer
