Motion Graphics Designer

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting animations and videos that capture attention
  • Editing crisp video content with smooth transitions and strong narrative flow
  • Developing a consistent motion branding style that feels fresh yet recognizable
  • Translating product features or campaign ideas into motion-first stories

Our ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience in motion graphics and video editing, a natural instinct for storytelling and pacing in video content, and a solid grasp of design principles: typography, color, spacing, and composition.

We value ownership mindset, clear communication skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a strong portfolio or reel.

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Codeword, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with the founding & creative team, own the motion design language for the brand, and get exposure across product, design, and marketing projects.
