We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Paid Media Executive to spearhead the management, optimization, and scale of paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI on ad spends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other leading platforms.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness and monitor daily performance metrics for improvement.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copies, and formats to enhance campaign performance and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with design and content teams to ensure ads meet brand standards and track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure campaigns operate within allocated spends while staying up-to-date with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other leading ad platforms.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly desirable.
