**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Vega Consulting. As a key member of our Engineering and Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our plant by leading a team of engineers and technicians.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns promptly and efficiently within standard timings.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians, manage and supervise their activities, provide guidance and support as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or any other Engineering degree.
- Experience: At least 15 years of experience in engineering and maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory standards for equipment and facility maintenance in the pharmaceutical industry, excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, strong project management skills.
