Marketing Strategy Director

Audience targeting and strategy expert sought to oversee end-to-end targeting processes and serve as the primary source of audience segmentation insights for marketing teams. This role involves extracting, creating, segmenting, updating, and optimizing HCP audience lists used in digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Construct healthcare professional (HCP) audiences for direct-to-physician digital marketing campaigns.
- Manipulate data to support marketing audience construction and analysis.
- Coordinate and manage audience creation processes, including submitting internal targeting requests, audience setup, and analyzing data outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define audience criteria.
- Develop and maintain documentation for list generation processes and audience definition.
Main Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data/analytics, CRM analysis, marketing operations, or database marketing.
- Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, YouTrack, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments.

- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
