International Nursing Career Advisor

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways, and the ability to guide students on study and career opportunities.
- The successful applicant will conduct counselling sessions with aspiring nurses, provide guidance on eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.
- They will assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements, ensuring a smooth enrolment process.
- The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing, as well as maintaining student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports.
Key Qualifications:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in counseling, preferably in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of nursing abroad pathways and excellent communication (English + local language) and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Target-driven individuals with strong sales and conversion orientation are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools is required.
