We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our global AI team and contribute to impactful projects.

  1. As a key member of the team, you will design and develop custom machine learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, etc.).
  2. You will build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across India and Europe is essential to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  4. Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  5. Optimize models with advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization).
  6. Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  7. Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning and software engineering, with hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.

Key skills include:

  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
