Data Science Career Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our organization and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI solution development. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data science problems;
- Designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP, etc.);
- Preprocessing, cleaning, and analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets;
- Deploying ML models into production environments using MLOps practices;
- Building data pipelines and working with engineers to ensure scalability and reliability of AI solutions;
- Conducting experiments, performing model validation, and optimizing performance;
- Developing dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to business teams;
- Mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to best practices in coding, documentation, and model governance;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch;
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling;
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation;
- Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines);
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI;
