We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Manager to join our team at Saxon Global.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing US contracts, drafting and negotiating commercial documents, and creating online databases containing comprehensive client contract files. They will also conform contracts to incorporate all amendments, review contractual documents, and extract relevant information as per client project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze US contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Draft and negotiate commercial documents, including Master Services Agreements, Subcontractor Agreement, Reseller Agreement, Statements of Works, Amendments, NDA, Letter Agreements, change orders.
- Create, update, and manage online databases containing comprehensive client contract files.
- Conform contracts to incorporate all amendments to form a completely revised version of the entire contract.
- Review contractual documents and extract relevant information as per client project requirements.
- Understand major elements of contracts, including order of precedence, cost elements, Statements of work, payment provisions, overall schedule, and major milestones.
- Review and redline proposals based on standard positions.
- Conduct software quality assurance by reviewing software's commercial contract redline output to tag for accuracy and notate error feedback.
We are looking for someone with good experience in US Contracts and excellent communication skills who can build and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
